Schedule
The Komperdell cable car operates daily from 4  December  2009  to 18 April 2010 from 8.45 am to 4.30 pm; other lifts from 9.00 am to 4.00 pm, with the exception of Mooslift, Pezidbahn and  Masnerlift which are operating  from 9.15 am to 3.30 pm and  Minderslift from 9.15 am to 3.10 pm. The Sunliner from 9.00 am to 4.30 pm. Underground:daily from 4 december 2009 to 18 april 2010 from 8.00 am to 6.00 pm.

Ticket sales
Tickets can be purchased at the cable car ticket offices daily from 8.00 am to 5.00 pm. Afternoon tickets are available from 11.00 am  at the valley station, Dorfbahn, the ski school office and the training lift. Special rates  on afternoon tickets are available from 11.30, 12.00, 12.30, 1.00 pm, 1.30 pm and from 2.00 pm - only at the main ticket sales point at the valley station.

Advance ticket sales
Tickets for the following day are available from 3.00 pm  the day before intended use. These tickets can also be used from 3.00 pm on the day of purchase.

KeyCard, Swatch
Ski passes are only issued on KeyCards or Swatch access. A deposit of € 5.00  is required for the KeyCards, which shall be refunded when returned undamaged.

Children
Children born in 2004 or earlier are free of charge on all cable cars, in line with the guidelines provided by the transport regulations. Children born between 1995 and 2003 are charged with the children's price.

Seniors

Ladies born in 1950 or later, men in 1945 or later are charged with  senior rates. ID  required.

Physical disabled
From 60% disability, physically handicapped are charged with  senior rates. Official  disability ID required.

Extensions
Ski passes valid for a period of six days or more, can be extended once only for one day for a special rate. Extensions must be for the day directly following expiry of the ski pass. Ski passes valid for a period of six days or more on Swatch can also be extended for a period of three and six days.

Guest Card prices
We grant a discount of 17.5% to holders of a valid Guest Card on 'Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis' ski passes. Guest Cards can be obtained from your proprietor and needs to be shown when purchasing  your tickets, otherwise the normal price will be charged. It is not possible to claim your discount subsequent to a ticket purchase. For invoicing reasons Guest Card rates can not be granted for regional ski passes - Ski-6.

Group prices
Group discounts  are granted for groups of 20 persons  and more when the tickets are purchased by the group leader. For each  20 tickets purchased  one additional ticket is free of charge. There is no additional group discount on top of the seniors rate.

Loss of lift tickets and ski passes
Lost lift tickets (single tickets, pedestrian tickets, cross-country tickets) and ski passes still valid for up to two days will not be replaced. Should KeyCards or Swatches be lost, ski tickets valid for three or more days which are saved on the cards can be cancelled provided that a voucher with the cancellation number is presented. For a fee of € 5.00  a replacement card can be issued for the remaining period. The value of KeyCards or Swatches lost will not be replaced.

Refunds
Refunds can be granted for medically certified skiing accidents provided that the ski pass is presented at the main ticket office without delay. The number of days used includes the date of issue of the ski pass and the date it is presented to the ticket office. If ski passes are presented before 9.30 am on any given day, the day will not be included. It is not the date of the accident which counts, but the date on which the ski pass is presented at the ticket office. A medical certificate from a local doctor or a hospital is required and can be submitted at a later time. Refunds and extensions will not be granted for bad weather, risk of avalanches, unplanned early departures, illness, operating disruptions, closure of ski runs and single lift systems, etc.
Please find out about the current lift operation and weather situation before you purchase your ski pass. Under certain circumstances  lifts may only be in limited operation at the start or end of the season.

General adjustments
The 'Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis' ski pass entitles the holder to use all operating cable cars and  lifts  within the period of validity in accordance with the price and transport conditions. The ski pass is non-transferable. It is also not possible to subsequently exchange the ski pass for another type or to postpone or shift the period of validity.

Control and Misuse
The use of automatic reading devices ensures that strict entry controls are carried out in the valley stations for individual lifts. Please follow the instructions of the  lift staff and use the control devises properly. Specialist controls are carried out also within the ski area.
Any misuse and circumvention of the reading devices will lead to revoking of your ski passes. We also reserve the right to instigate criminal proceedings. People found without a valid ticket in the control zones will be fined. The penalty (twice the price of a daily ticket) is to be paid directly to the control staff. Confirmation of a penalty paid is accepted as a valid daily ticket for the same day.Please also note  that pursuant to the railway liability law only visitors with a valid ticket enjoy insurance cover.
