Riding in Serfaus:

Equestrian enthusiasts of any age can live out their passion for horses at “Gut Darrehof”, an adventure farm with horse riding stables situated at the entrance to the village of Serfaus. The stables have 12 Haflingers, 2 riding ponies as well as other animals.

A new panoramic indoor riding arena (20 m x 40 m) will open in summer 2010 to accompany the outdoor riding ring (20 m x 40 m) and round pen.

We offer riding lessons for beginners and advanced riders, longe lessons, guided rides out and little treks in the wonderful countryside as well as horse jumping instruction and one-to-one lessons. Our instructors introduce beginners to the world of horse riding in an enjoyable way. They always do their utmost to help you gain confidence as you learn to ride and enjoy being with the animals.

What’s more, the “Feriengut Darrehof” nature hotel offers special 7-day horse riding deals and riding weeks for families and children as well as an “introductory riding package” for visitors on short breaks.

The horse riding stables are open from May to October and also in the winter from 2010.
