Baking your own bread is back in fashion!
For years the traditional wood oven bread is baked in s'Paules & s'Seppls house. The day before a pre-dough is prepared and on Thursday morning it is mixed with rye & wheat flour, salt and some caraway seeds and formed into tasty loaves and pages.
Visit the museum and look over the shoulders of the Fisser women and men -Naturally, the wood oven bread can be purchased from about 11.30 clock.
