In the Tyrolean Oberland, the plum has been cultivated for centuries at altitudes around 1000 meters and is a very popular and tasty fruit for jams, dumplings, aromatic side dishes, desserts, cakes and brandies.

Our Leithe Wirt kitchen team will cook with you a 4-course menu around the plum - from savory to spicy to sweet - and show you how you can easily recreate the autumnal delicacies at home.
