In the Tyrolean Oberland, the plum has been cultivated for centuries at altitudes around 1000 meters and is a very popular and tasty fruit for jams, dumplings, aromatic side dishes, desserts, cakes and brandies.
Our chef Rene and the Lassida kitchen team will cook with you an autumnal menu around the plum - from savory to spicy to sweet - and show you how you can easily recreate the autumnal delicacies at home. The main course is cooked together, you will enjoy all 3 courses.
