Qi-Gong translated means, energy - exercise.
According to traditional Chinese medicine, Qi-Gong is based on the wholeness of human life. Qi-Gong contributes to the maintenance and restoration of health, concentration and well-being. By means of movement, breathing and meditation exercises, blockages in the energy pathways of the body are to be released in order to get the energy in the body flowing again. This leads to harmony and balance on all levels. It is also a nice opportunity to simply come to rest.
