s´Paules & s`Seppls Haus. Museum Fiss.
The stately Oberinntal thoroughfare dominates the old town center of the 1,000-resident community of Fiss with its large arched gate, tiny windows and artfully decorated roof structure.
Like many farms in this region, it shared the fate of property division until the end, when the farm was abandoned a few decades ago. With careful interventions, the team of architects “HG MERZ” from Stuttgart (Mercedes Benz Museum) created a “new” museum that documents, on the one hand, the very varied building history of the house and, on the other hand, the lives of its residents.
Adults €4.50 Children aged 6 and over €2.00
