Breakfast cook (m/f/d)

We are looking for you!
In our family team we are still missing committed and friendly people who want to work in the Tyrolean mountains and live hospitality.

Your tasks:
You prepare the breakfast buffet and ensure that our guests don't miss anything. In the live kitchen you take orders for egg dishes and prepare them fresh. Then you prepare the mise en place for the next day. We are looking for all-rounders who enjoy different tasks and bring in their creativity.

Areas of responsibility:
• Breakfast preparation (mise en place)
• Independently setting up and refilling the breakfast buffet
• Live cooking at the egg station (omelette, fried eggs and scrambled eggs…)
• Salad buffet (filling and preparing)
• Prepare snacks (cake plates, salad, processing Rest)
• Serving soup and starters at the pass 3 evenings a week
• Compliance with hygiene regulations in the catering industry
• Proper handling of food
• 1 day replacement for the dishwasher

• Basic knowledge of German (guest contact)
