We are therefore looking for a caretaker (m/f/d) for an annual position as soon as possible.

• Driving license B with sufficient driving experience
• Experience with Hoftrac (winter snow removal)
• “Green thumb” for the care of the hotel and gardens
• Technical crafts (electricity, furniture and masonry work, malawork, etc.)
• Technical understanding of mechanical systems in the hotel

• You are the boss's “trusted person” and receive all the appropriate access
• Parking of guest cars (SUVs)
• Operating the hotel's own vehicles (Jeep and hotel bus)
• Shuttle rides to the Cervosa Alm or train station
• Various work and help on the Cervosa Alm (in the off-season - fences, maintenance, etc.)
• Various courier and pick-up services as instructed by reception
• Daily work in the hotel
• Any repairs required during hotel operations
• Waste management
• Technical controls
• Order and cleanliness in and around the hotel
• Daily work in between periodsison - depending on the task assigned by the boss
