Your tasks
Close collaboration and delegation of work and tasks with the head chef. Planning, organizing, creating rosters and divisions, acting as a role model for the team, creatives, hearty cooking. Personnel management, motivation, team building, purchasing support, warehouse management, Haccap regulations, and cold storage temperatures are recorded digitally. In total, we have reduced ourselves to 5 suppliers in order to ensure optimal purchasing with little loss of time. Our delivery days in Serfaus are Tuesday and Friday. By remodeling and adding space to the kitchen, we have ensured enormous cooling capacity.
Our gourmet kitchen is limited to a pure HP business.
