Your tasks:
Daily tasks:
• Washing dishes and cooking utensils
• Keep the workplace (including tiles & equipment) clean
• Waste separation
• Keep garbage room clean and tidy
• Sweep and mop floors
• Peeling vegetables independently and preparing them for the kitchen
• Help with snow clearing work (in winter)
General activities
• Establish/maintain cleanliness in the kitchen area in accordance with HACCP requirements
• Keep the workplace clean and leave it clean.
• Carry out regular cleaning work according to lists
• Specialistproper handling of work equipment

Your profile:
• Experience in the catering industry
• Basic knowledge of German desirable
• Reliability and punctuality
• Engagement
• Cleanliness and neatness
