Your tasks
Independent management and monitoring of the service station. Training and further education of apprentices and clerks. Personal and friendly approach to guests. Mastering all serving rules. Wine and food service. Explaining food to guests. Before service, there is a daily meeting with the kitchen. Every service employee at Cervosa is an "ambassador" of the house.
We offer
We offer performance-related pay, regular working hours - recorded using our digital ROTA time recording system using fingerprints, duty rosters, working times and days off, as well as ZA are created using the program and based on the company's capacity.
