Reservation Manager (m/f/d)
- Management of the reservation department with 3-4 employees
- Acceptance and processing of reservations via telephone, email and RA
- Processing of individual, group and travel agency reservations
- Creation of reservation templates and text modules
- Deposit management, voucher sales, advance reservations
- Various controlling tasks
