WHO GETS THE SUPER. SUMMER. CARD. ?
All guests staying in one of the designated Super. Summer. Card. partner establishments receive the card directly upon arrival at the accommodation — for the entire duration of their stay.
- All-Mountain Bike Tickets:
With the Super. Summer. Card. you’ll receive discounted All-Mountain Bike-Tickets during your stay. You can conveniently purchase them online in advance at the reduced rate or on site at the cable car ticket counters.
- Cable Car Tickets for Hikers:
With the Super. Summer. Card. you can use all cable cars in Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis without limit. A dense network of 11 cable cars awaits you, with many hiking and themed trails, as well as the impressive alpine and mountain scenery of the region. If you’re staying at a Super. Summer. Card. partner establishment, cable car usage is already included in the card. You’ll receive the Super. Summer. Card. directly upon arrival at your accommodation — no additional ticket is required.
HOW DO I GET AN ALL-MOUNTAIN-TICKET AT A DISCOUNTED RATE?
You can book your discounted ticket online in the ticket shop if the following conditions are met:
- You’re staying in a participating accommodation in Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis.
- You booked your accommodation through the booking platform at www.serfaus-fiss-ladis.at.
- You automatically receive the guest card rate that entitles you to the discount. This will be linked to your mySFL account.
- Important: An mySFL account is required for the online purchase. You can create one for free and use it for future bookings.
I BOOKED DIRECTLY WITH THE HOST OR THROUGH ANOTHER PLATFORM — NOW WHAT?
In this case, online purchase at the discounted rate is not possible.
However, you will receive the Super. Summer. Card. directly from your host upon arrival for stays of at least one night.
With this card, you can buy your discounted tickets directly at the ticket counter on site.
THE BOOKED ACCOMMODATION DOES NOT OFFER THE SUPER. SUMMER. CARD.
Guests staying in accommodations that are not Super. Summer. Card. partners need to purchase a ticket to use the cable cars. Prices for cable car tickets can be found here. Tickets at the standard rate can be purchased online or on site.

Use of the practice course at the Waldbahn valley station is free of charge.
IS THERE A DISCOUNT ON THE ALL-MOUNTAIN-BIKE-TICKET?
Yes! With the Super. Summer. Card. you’ll receive discounted All-Mountain-Bike-Tickets during your stay. You can conveniently purchase these tickets either online in advance at a reduced rate or directly at the cable car ticket counters. If you’re staying in one of the Super. Summer. Card. partner establishments, you’ll receive the card directly upon arrival at your accommodation for the entire duration of your stay.
Here’s how to buy discounted tickets online:

You book your accommodation in Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis at a participating partner establishment.

The booking is made through the official platform at www.serfaus-fiss-ladis.at.

This automatically grants you the guest card rate, which is linked to your mySFL account.
Important: You need a mySFL account to purchase tickets online. You can create this account for free and use it for future bookings as well.
HOW DOES BIKE TRANSPORT WITH SINGLE JOURNEY TICKETS WORK?
A bike transport ticket is required for combinations such as:
- Schönjochbahn I & II
- Komperdellbahn & Lazidbahn
- Alpkopfbahn (up to the mountain station)
- as long as no intermediate stop is made.
The Sonnenbahn (Ladis-Fiss) is included in the bike transport ticket (for the Schönjochbahnen).
The descent with the bike is free of charge.
Important: The Möseralmbahn cable car does not transport bikes.
Please note: A bike transport ticket is not available online and can only be purchased on site.
WHERE CAN I PICK UP MY ONLINE-PURCHASED TICKET?
After purchasing online, you will receive an order confirmation by email with a pick-up code (QR code). You can use this code to conveniently pick up your ticket at one of the pick-up machines on site.
I STILL HAVE A KEYCARD FROM MY LAST HOLIDAY. CAN I REUSE IT?
Yes. You can top up your Skidata KeyCard directly in the online ticket shop. Simply enter the data carrier number on the back of your card when purchasing. The KeyCard will automatically be loaded with the booked ticket.
Important:
- The card must be labeled “keycard".
- Valid card numbers begin with “01”.
- Activation occurs automatically upon first use at the turnstile (please wait a few seconds when entering!).
CAN I LOAD MULTIPLE TICKETS ONTO ONE KEYCARD?
No. Each person needs their own KeyCard. It’s not possible to load multiple tickets onto one card — even for family members.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I LOSE MY TICKET?
When picking up your ticket at a pick-up machine, you’ll receive a receipt — please keep it safe!
With this receipt, your ticket can be blocked and reissued in case of loss.
If you loaded your ticket online onto a KeyCard, the invoice or order confirmation can also help.
ARE THE PURCHASED TICKETS TRANSFERABLE?
No. All tickets are only valid for the person they were purchased for.
ARE ONLINE TICKETS ALSO AVAILABLE AS SMARTPHONE TICKETS?
Yes, but only cable car tickets for hikers are available as smartphone tickets. These can be used directly on your phone — no pickup or KeyCard required. Simply buy online, lace up your hiking boots, and off you go — quick and convenient! All-Mountain-Bike tickets are only available as KeyCards and must be collected at one of the pick-up machines on site or loaded onto an existing KeyCard.
WHAT IS A SMARTPHONE TICKET AND HOW DOES IT WORK?
With a smartphone ticket, you can store your mountain lift ticket digitally on your phone — no lines, no card needed. Simply hold your smartphone up to the turnstile at the gondola, and you're good to go! As this is a new technology, not all smartphones are currently supported. Please check if your device is compatible before purchasing.
Via the SFL app (recommended):
When purchasing through the SFL app (note: link only accessible on mobile devices), your smartphone’s compatibility is automatically checked. In the "Shop" tab, you will immediately see a note regarding your device’s compatibility.
Via the SFL website:
If you purchase your ticket via the website, you should first install the key2ski app (available only on mobile devices). If you are able to install the app successfully, your smartphone is compatible. If the app does not appear in the app store, your device is not supported.
Important: If you purchase multiple smartphone tickets, each device must be checked for compatibility beforehand.
WHAT PAYMENT OPTIONS ARE AVAILABLE IN THE SFL ONLINE TICKET SHOP?
In the online ticket shop, you can conveniently and securely pay with the following payment methods:
- Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, V PAY)
- Instant bank transfer (Sofortüberweisung)
I PURCHASED TICKETS ONLINE BUT CAN’T TRAVEL. CAN I CANCEL MY TICKETS?
Yes, cancellation is possible. Please fill out the withdrawal form and send it by email to the specified contact.
After verification, the amount will be refunded to the bank account you provided.
WHICH AGE CATEGORIES APPLY TO TICKETS?
The following age limits apply to the tariffs (ID required!):
- Youth: born between 2006 and 2009
- Children: born between 2010 and 2018
WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW ABOUT THE PRICES?
- All prices are per person, in euros and include 10% VAT.
- Prices are subject to change.
- A deposit of € 2.00 is charged for each KeyCard.
