COVID-19 CANCELLATION CONDITION: If, due to the pandemic, departure from the home country and / or entry to Austria / Tyrol is prohibited by the respective government for the booked travel period or is only possible under compliance with a home quarantine on entry and / or return, the stay can be canceled or postponed free of charge.
This early 19th century villa was once a mill and power station, before it came into private ownership in 1960. After multiple renovations and expansions, the former mill (“Mulin” in Rhaeto-Romanic) is now completely refurbished and has been converted into accommodation for families and groups. To preserve the villa’s charm and character and allow for an incomparable holiday experience, the combination of new modern furnishings with historical traditional elements was an important consideration when renovating and designing our villa.

Conditions
Price per night is for the use of the entire house with a maximum occupancy of 8 people plus 1 baby. Additional people (max. 2) on request. Price per night excl. final cleaning (flat-rate EUR 220 per stay) and local taxes.

Arrival
The villa is generally rented on a weekly basis (7 nights), with arrival and departure taking place on a Saturday. Different stay duration and arrival and departure days available on request. The villa is available for your arrival from 4:00 p.m. Check-out on day of departure by 9:30 a.m. at the latest.
