- Our apartments are rented without a daily cleaning service.
Car Parking:
Your car is also in good hands with us. Park your car comfortably in our underground car park (entrance height 1.80 to 2.20 meters, EUR 7.00 (winter EUR 12.00) per day). For larger vehicles, please contact us.
Baby Equipment:
We are happy to provide a children's cot (up to 2 years) and a high chair free of charge on request. Please note that due to the way the room is divided up, there is not always enough space for a cot in every apartment. Please contact us if you are unsure.
Allergies:
If required, we are happy to equip the apartment with down-free duvets and pillows. We kindly ask you to pre-order before arrival. In some of our apartments no pets are allowed. We would be happy to help you choose the right apartment.
Pets:
Your four-legged friend is also welcome in some apartments. We charge EUR 20 per day for additional cleaning. We ask you to bring your own dog blanket or dog basket. Some apartments are also rented out as apartments for people with allergies. Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in these. Please contact us if you would like to take your loved one with you.
Horse Riding in summer:
Riding lessons can be booked individually on site. After your arrival on Saturday, our riding instructor is available between 5:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. for information and appointments. In winter we only offer riding lessons on request.

If you present a current train ticket from your home town (or your nearest train station) to Landeck-Zams train station, we grant a 5% discount on the room or apartment price!
On the day of arrival, your apartment or room will be ready for you from 4:30 p.m. On departure, we ask you to vacate the rooms and apartments by 10:00 a.m.
