Constantly on the lookout for new flavour experiences and with a keen sense for new culinary highlights, Christian Marent is at home all over the world and yet prefers to be at home. He himself describes his cuisine as individual, cosmopolitan and at the same time close to home, with a hint of Spanish and Asian flavours. A feast for the senses!
