Cattle drive Fiss

The livestock drive in Fiss is a special event that attracts numerous visitors every year. Traditionally, it marks the end of summer and the return of the herds from the alpine pastures to the valley. Accompanied by festivities, music, and regional specialties, the livestock drive offers a lively insight into the culture and history of the mountain regions.

Schedule of the festival:

• 11.00 am: Festival begins at the Cultural Center Fiss

• 1.00 pm: Start of the procession with cows, music band, tractors, and horses at the Castle Hotel, followed by a joint parade to the Cultural Center
