This is exactly the kind of place we create with the Bergnest - quietly located at the upper edge of the village of Fiss, with the sun on your face and the mountains at your doorstep. Just a five-minute walk to the cable car, ten minutes to Berta’s Children’s Land, and during good snow conditions, the slope leads almost right to the house. You can reach the village center in just three minutes.

Apart Bianca Fiss – Neighboring House
Please note that the above description does not apply to the neighboring house Bianca. There is an outdoor parking space directly in front of the house and no underground garage. There is also no elevator available. The apartments in the Bianca house are not in the new building and do not have the same amenities as the Nests in the Bergnest.
Conditions
General
Welcome to Apart Bergnest - your nest in the mountains.
Our six stylishly furnished apartments "Nester" offer you relaxation,
comfort, and alpine living in a central, quiet location in Fiss.
Prices
The prices are per night and apartment, including bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, and a reserved parking space per unit.
Final cleaning and local tax are excluded and will be charged separately.
Local Tax
The statutory local tax currently amounts to EUR 3.70 per person per night (from 15 years old) and will be
charged in addition to the overnight price.
Deposit
A deposit is required to secure the booking within 7 days of reservation.
The amount of the deposit is 30% of the total price.
If payment is not received, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.

Payment
Remaining payment upon arrival in cash, by EC card, debit or credit card, or in advance by bank transfer.Cancellation Policy
- Up to 90 days before arrival: free of charge
- 89 to 30 days before arrival: 40% of the total price
- 29 to 7 days before arrival: 70% of the total price
- From 6 days before arrival or in case of no-show: 90%

We ask for your understanding that pets are not allowed here.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted in any of the apartments and throughout the entire property.
