Culinary Hike
You choose the way
Step by step through the Tyrolean mountains, with new moments of indulgence at every turn: on the culinary hike, you decide which route to take and in which of the six restaurants you enjoy your four-course surprise menu. Each course is served in a different restaurant, each with its own unique atmosphere.
You choose both the hiking route and the dining stops. The hosts serve you an aperitif, starter, soup, main course, and sweet dessert – all fresh and regional. Options include:

Start your day with a sparkling champagne breakfast in the Crystal Cube and enjoy the first rays of sunshine over Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis. A carefully curated breakfast with Tyrolean specialties, fresh bread rolls, Bircher muesli, fruit, as well as coffee, tea, and orange juice makes the morning perfect – topped off with a breathtaking 360-degree view of the mountains.

Reservations
Book directly with Fisser Bergbahnen or at the BergDiamant panorama restaurant. Ascent and descent required – not included in the price. We offer pedestrian transport from the BergDiamant panorama restaurant to our Crystal Cube, which costs €14.00 per person.
Cancellations are free of charge up to 30 days in advance; later cancellations will be charged at 50% of the cost. A prepayment of the total amount is required to confirm your reservation. Dogs are not permitted.

Barbecue station Schöngampalm
Be the grill master
Reserve your own barbecue spot at the rustic Schöngampalm and enjoy a relaxed afternoon grilling with family or friends in an idyllic mountain setting. Everything is prepared for you: the charcoal is glowing, dishes and cutlery are ready, and the ingredients are seasoned and portioned for the grill. All you need to do is put on your apron and find the perfect cooking point.

Mountain Picnic
Alpine snack with mountain air included
Enjoy a relaxed picnic surrounded by nature with a selection of regional specialities. Your backpack is packed with homemade delicacies such as local bacon, venison sausage, cured meats, mountain cheese, alpine butter, pickled vegetables, savoury spreads, hunters’ sausage, farmhouse bread and a drink of your choice. A thermal blanket ensures you can get comfortable at your favourite spot.

The Gourmet Gondola
Dining in the clouds
Breakfast like an emperor, lunch like a king – that’s exactly what you can do in the Gourmet Gondola in Fiss. Just a few metres above the ground, what may well be the world’s smallest restaurant serves you Tyrolean specialities and heavenly delicacies, accompanied by breathtaking mountain views.

On your breakfast plate, you’ll find, among other things, “Fisser Goggala” eggs, bread from the local bakery, and yoghurt from nearby farms. After breakfast, you can set off well-fuelled onto the hiking trails or bike routes – getting up early is definitely worth it!
