Our newly built house (2023) is located at the quiet entrance of Fiss and offers you a magnificent panoramic view of the imposing Tyrolean mountains. A place to arrive, breathe, and feel good – no matter if you want to enjoy the summer in the mountains or the winter on the slopes.
The charming village center is within a few minutes' walk, and you can stroll to the cable car in a comfortable 20 minutes. If you prefer convenience, you can simply use the free ski bus and, in summer, the hiking bus – the stop is only 300 meters from the house.
