Cancellation conditions winter:
- up to 1 month before the day of arrival no cancellation fees will be charged
- up to 1 week before the day of arrival: 70 % of the total accommodation price will be charged;
- in the last week before the day of arrival: 90 % of the total accommodation price will be charged.
We also recommend that you take out a travel insurance policy.
The cancellation conditions are adjusted individually depending on the travel situation.

The hotel is centrally located in the village of Fiss, in the heart of the Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis hiking area and ski resort, and is only around 500 m from the nearest lift.
