Baking Bread at the museum
Baking your own bread is back in fashion!
Traditional wood-fired bread has been baked at s'Paules & s'Seppls Haus for years. A pre-dough is prepared the day before and mixed with rye and wheat flour, salt and a little caraway on Thursday morning and shaped into tasty loaves and pagons.
Visit the museum and take a look over the shoulders of the men and women of Fiss.
