What Does Our Food Have to Do with Climate Change, the Environment, and Social Justice?
In the workshop “My Food, My Future” with Solveig Thurnes, organic farmer at Archehof Stoagraue, we’ll explore these important questions together. We’ll dive into the production and consumption of food – and how our eating habits impact the world, our region, and ourselves.
