Spacious holiday apartment in an absolutely dream location.
In summer and winter, it offers a special experience for all nature and animal lovers. The apartment is located directly above the riding stable in Serfaus, and a visit to the animals is always possible.
Especially the children will be delighted with the Haflinger horses, which give birth to their foals in February/March. There are also ponies, donkeys, llamas, sheep, goats, and rabbits in the stable.
Also very suitable for dog owners.

Enjoy the Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis region outside of regular opening hours.

- Most restaurants closed
- Main building (sauna, swimming pool, children's playroom) closed
- Please inquire about horseback riding and farm experiences in advance (our horses also take holidays)
- Bread roll delivery service not available
