Welcome to Tyrol in our traditional, family-run guesthouse located in the midst of the Inn Valley Alps on the sun terrace. Here, nature lovers, as well as sports and culture enthusiasts, will find something to enjoy.

Start your day with a delicious breakfast buffet (season-dependent) and enjoy the fresh air on the sun terrace while taking in the view of the untouched nature. The sauna invites you to relax after a day filled with activities in the mountains. For the active sports enthusiasts, boot dryers, bicycle parking spaces, and an E-bike charging station are available.
Our bar offers Tyrolean draft beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages. In the evenings, unwind with dance music, karaoke, and darts.
Pension Razil is not only allergy-friendly, but it is also a non-smoking house that combines romance and comfort in a magnificent setting. The guest garden and the private garden provide space for relaxed hours outdoors, and the warmth of the hosts ensures an unforgettable time. Winter: Breakfast from 7:30 - 9:30 from the breakfast buffet or Ala Carte (seasonal), sauna open, ski room with boot dryer, affordable snow start offers at the beginning of the season. Close to ski slopes, cross-country ski trails, and winter hiking paths start immediately at the house.
Summer: Breakfast buffet or Ala Carte from 8:00 - 10:00 hours (seasonal), boot dryer, sauna closed in summer, hiking trails start immediately at the house. Garden and terrace with mountain panorama. Storage for bicycles or motorcycles. Charging station for e-bikes. We are NOT a Super Summer Card partner.
The booking price is exclusive of local tax

Local tax:
- Local tax: 3.70€ per person/day
- 2026: Local tax obligation applies to all persons born in 2010 or earlier.
Our terms and conditions apply, as well as the terms of the hospitality industry in Tyrol for any gaps, and additionally the following conditions:
Cancellation fees according to booking, and in case of rebooking or cancellation due to missing or late payment, a processing fee of €45.00 is to be paid in addition to the cancellation fee.
A damage deposit of €100.00 is to be paid at check-in!

From the Inn Valley motorway A12 to Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis and then towards Ladis. In Ladis, turn right at M-Mini Markt and then immediately left onto Razilweg. Follow the path until the fork in the road, where you should keep LEFT. The guesthouse is on the right side above the road.
