s'Paules and s'Sepplas house - museum

The stately Oberinntal courtyard dominates the old town center of the 1,000-inhabitant community of Fiss with its large arched gate, tiny windows, and intricately adorned roof structure.
Like many farms in this region, it also faced the fate of real division until it was abandoned a few decades ago.
With careful interventions, the architect team "HG MERZ from Stuttgart (Mercedes Benz Museum)" created a "new" museum that documents both the very varied construction history of the house and the lives of its inhabitants.
