You do not need a mySFL account to use the free Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis App.
However, with a mySFL account, additional features are available in the app.
If you want to change the language of the SFL app, you need to change the language setting of your entire device to the desired language. The SFL app is available exclusively in German and English.
Only bookings made via www.serfaus-fiss-ladis.at are added to the mySFL order history. Bookings from other platforms or direct bookings with the property cannot be included.
Did you accidentally book as a guest and forget to log in beforehand?
Open the order history in your mySFL account and enter the 6-digit booking number at the bottom of the page to add it. Please make sure you use the same email address for the booking and your mySFL account.
