From 06.00 p.m., a daily 5-course menu with weekly highlights:
- Monday: with live music from 08.00 pm
- Tuesday: legendary Tyrolean house party in the kitchen with regional live music
- Thursday: cheese buffet in the open wine cellar
- Friday: patisserie art from the dessert buffet
- Sunday: Fondue Chinoise evening
Table reservations are requested in the evening.
