Receptionist (m/f/d) - Seasonal position

For our family-run 3-star hotel in Serfaus, we are looking for a warm and motivated employee for the reception (m/f/d – with Fidelio Suite8 knowledge) .

Tasks

Warm welcome : Independent check-in and check-out procedures as well as courteous service to our international guests throughout their entire stay.
Guest service & advice: A competent point of contact for all kinds of questions – from the sale of ski passes to table reservations and the best excursion tips in the Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis region.
Reservation management: Professional handling of written and telephone booking requests, offer preparation and maintenance of the hotel program Fidelio Suite8.
Front and back office organization: Handling daily correspondence (in German and English), managing the cash register, and preparing guest folders and invoices.

Qualifications

Language skills: Good German and English skills, both spoken and written – you communicate confidently and charmingly with our international guests.
System knowledge: Solid experience in using the hotel software Fidelio Suite8 as well as confident use of MS Office.
Professional experience: Ideally, you already have experience working at a hotel reception or have completed training in the hotel industry or a commercial field. Career changers are also very welcome.
Personality: A well-groomed, friendly demeanor, a structured way of working, and a passion for providing our guests with an unforgettable holiday.
