Local tax:
- Local tax: €3.70 per person/day

The General Terms and Conditions of the hospitality industry in Tyrol apply, along with the following conditions:
Cancellation costs according to booking and in case of rebooking or cancellation due to missing or late payment are subject to a processing fee of €45.00 in addition to the cancellation fee.

From the Inntalautobahn A12 to Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis and then towards Ladis. In Ladis, turn right at M-Mini Markt and then immediately left into Razilweg. Follow the path until the fork in the road, where you should keep LEFT. The guesthouse is on the right side above the road.
