Included: Breakfast buffet or à la carte (season-dependent - NO breakfast or sauna during the off-season!), ski cellar, on-site parking, Wi-Fi.
Winter: Sauna, affordable snow start offers at the beginning of the season. Ski slopes, cross-country trails, and winter hiking paths start right at the house.
Breakfast from 8:00 - 9:30 am from the extensive buffet or by reservation (season-dependent).
Non-smoking zone throughout the house.
The booking price is exclusive of local tax and Super Summer Card.
Super Summer Card Adults: € 6.00 per night
Super Summer Card Children (born in 2009 to 2017): from 7 years € 3.00 per night
This fee is to be paid on-site for the duration of the stay.

From the Inntalautobahn A12, follow the signs to Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis and then towards Ladis. In Ladis, turn right at M-Mini Markt and then immediately left onto Razilweg. Follow the road until the fork, where you should keep left. The guesthouse is on the right side across the street.
