During the guided Behind the Scenes tour, holiday guests have the unique opportunity to get first-hand insights from the staff at the cable car companies.
A tour through “secret halls”
Over the course of three hours, you’ll receive exclusive insights into the behind-the-scenes workings of the cable car companies and get to see the “secret” side of Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis. The tour takes place every Thursday and leads curious minds through the companies’ facilities and workshops. You’ll be amazed by how much effort and skill is required to ensure smooth operations.
After the guided tour, everyone gets together for a little chit-chat. While having coffee and cake, the experienced guides will be happy to answer any questions you might have.
Did you know? In winter, the cable car companies employ more than 750 members of staff.
Meeting point and reservations
Guided tours take place every Thursday at 1pm. The meeting point is either at Komperdellbahn bottom station in Serfaus or at the main ticket office in Fiss. A minimum of five people are required for the tour to take place and there are only 20 spots available.
