final cleaning, heating, water, electricity, garbage, bed linen, shower and hand towels (twice a week), free WiFi, sauna area (open Sunday-Friday, closed on Saturday), free parking - 1 car per apartement
EXCLUDED:
local tax, ski and boot locker in winter (€ 47.00 /2 persons/week), Super.Summer.Card . in Summer 2025-26 - 7.50 EUR per night and person for those born in 2009 or older and 5.00 EUR per night and person for children (born between 2010 and 2018), fresh bread delivery service,
Our cancellation conditions:
- Free cancellation is possible up to 60 days before arrival.
- Up to 31 days before arrival, 70% of the total price will be charged.
- Up to 8 days before arrival, 90% of the total price will be charged.
- From 7 days before arrival, 100% of the total price will be charged
- In the event of cancellation, advance payments already made will be returned minus a processing fee of € 150.00.
