The house is located on the quiet south side of the sun plateau and offers a grand expansive view of the Tyrolean mountain world. Yet, you are just a few steps away from the local happenings in Serfaus and the underground station.
This also ensures short and practical routes to the cable car or rental shop in winter with ski equipment. And returning home from an after-ski drink is also hassle-free.
All summer attractions, shops for strolling, bars, and restaurants to enjoy can also be reached within a few minutes on foot or comfortably with the underground.

Apart Tyrol has everything to spend a carefree and fulfilling family holiday in the mountains. With spacious rooms and high-quality amenities, you can also relax comfortably in the evenings during your winter holiday and recharge for the next day.

Please note that the costs for the Super. Summer. Card and the local tax are not included in the lodging price and will be billed separately.

Since our office is not in the building, we kindly ask you to contact us by phone about 30 minutes before your arrival.
Route: go straight to the clearly visible village church; there turn left downwards and always slightly left downwards (past Hotel Löwen) until you reach Haus Oberacher; there turn left again to Apart Tyrol.
