Apart EVA Living directly at the village square in the center of Serfaus – it doesn't get more central than this.
The village cable car (subway) can be reached on foot in 30 seconds, and bars, restaurants, and shops are in the immediate vicinity. The house has two holiday apartments that could hardly be more different – yet they share one common feature: plenty of space for families and friends and a location from which almost everything can be reached on foot, or of course by the village cable car. They are named after two peaks above the village, Lazid (2,374 m) and Pezid (2,770 m).

Lazid: Designer apartment with 120 sqm, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 with heat cabin & bathtub), large kitchen & huge living room for up to 6–8 guests.

Pezid: cozy attic apartment in rustic Tyrolean style with 80 sqm, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, separate toilets, and roof terrace for up to 6 guests.
You couldn't be more central: bars, restaurants, and shops are in the immediate vicinity, the village cable car (subway) can be reached on foot in 30 seconds and operates in winter & summer to the mountain lifts.
