We, the Walser-Holzer family, have made something new out of the tried and tested. We create space for alpine holiday dreams. There are 11 brand new apartments. From 33 m² to 122 m². Anyone who likes mountain nature, appreciates good design and likes uncomplicated holidays will love our Aparthotel Austria. With us you live in the first row foot-free. And in just a few steps you are right in the middle of the Fisser mountains. Because the Aparthotel Austria is directly connected to the ski slope by a pedestrian tunnel

Cancellation conditions:
- No cancellation fees up to 3 months before the day of arrival, 50 euros processing fee
- up to 1 month before the day of arrival 50% of the total package price
- up to 1 week before the day of arrival 85% of the total package price;
- in the last week before the day of arrival 100% of the total package price.
We recommend taking out our travel cancellation insurance.
Deposit:
40% of the total price must be transferred within 7 days. After booking, in addition to the booking confirmation, you will receive another email with details about the deposit. The credit card provided will only be charged in the event of cancellation.
