Partner establishments pay the performance fee
mandatory for the entire duration of the stay –
regardless of usage.
- Guests in non-partner establishments must purchase a ticket for the
use of the cable cars (prices on the official website).
- For just one overnight stay, the guest can
choose whether to use the card on the arrival or departure day
(“One-Day-Choice-SSC”).
- Dogs are not included (separate
transportation costs).

-The local tax in Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis is € 3.70 per person per night. ALL adult guests are subject to the local tax (no reduction or exemption due to disability). All children are exempt from the local tax until the end of the calendar year in which they turn 15 years old.
Regulations regarding the local tax
The local tax amounts to € 3.70 per person per night.
- For bookings for the year 2026, all persons up to and including birth year 2010 are subject to the local tax.
- For bookings for the year 2027, all persons up to and including birth year 2011 are subject to the local tax.
- For bookings for the year 2028, all persons up to and including birth year 2012 are subject to the local tax.
The local tax obligation refers to the arrival date, not the booking date!
- The guest is liable for incorrect information regarding the number of persons or the dates of birth.
