With four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and three toilets, the apartment offers plenty of room for multiple generations or friendly families. The thoughtful layout allows for both relaxation and socializing. The central kitchen serves as a natural meeting point, while the living room and conservatory provide additional space for shared moments.
In summer, the private garden with mountain views invites you to linger. The terrace and fire pit create the perfect setting for relaxing evenings outdoors. In winter, the private garage with direct access offers ample space for vehicles and sports equipment.
A garage and an outdoor parking space are available. The bus stop is about 500 meters away, providing convenient access to the region's offerings.
