Our apartments are quietly and sunny located – just a few minutes’ walk from the village centre, the underground station and the mountain lifts. Here you can enjoy relaxing days in a pleasant atmosphere, surrounded by nature and the beautiful Tyrolean mountains.
The apartments are modern, fully equipped and offer plenty of space, comfort and free Wi-Fi throughout the house.
In summer, our spacious 600 m² garden with a garden house (barbecue facilities), pond and sunbathing lawn invites you to relax and unwind. In winter, you can start your day right from the doorstep – without a car, just a short walk or a quick ride with the free village underground to the cable cars. Enjoy the quiet yet central location and return to your cosy apartment after an active day on the slopes.

The price quoted does not include the Super.Summer.Card, final cleaning (EUR 100,-- to 200,--) and local tax.

These fees are to be paid directly on site for the duration of the stay.

Beginning of Serfaus – 300 m along Dorfbahnstraße – at the first major crossroads (Dorfbahnstraße / Untere Dorfstraße) turn left and follow the Untere Dorfstraße - turn left after the Hotel Löwen - after Haus Oberacher turn left again into Untergasse - 20 m along this road - our house is located on the right side of the street.
