In a quiet yet very central location in Ladis, you will find our modern and family-friendly holiday apartments. The house is ideally situated close to the cable car, ski school, and the summer hiking bus stop.
Karlsspitz Apartment
This apartment features one comfortable bedroom, a bathroom with shower/WC, and a cosy open-plan living and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, oven, and ceramic cooktop.
Aifner Apartment
This spacious apartment offers two bedrooms, each with its own shower/WC, as well as a comfortable living and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped and matches the standard of the Karlsspitz apartment.
Further amenities include free internet access, a parking space directly in front of the house, a terrace, a ski storage room, and a heated boot room.
Upon request, we are happy to offer a fresh bread delivery service for a relaxed start to your holiday morning.
