Haus Rosemarie will become a member of "Serfaus Selected Homes" starting December 2025.
The Hammerle & Köhle Families, 4 hosts - 1 mission will jointly operate ‘Serfaus Selected Homes’ starting June 2024.
We are two local families who have decided to combine our skills, strengths, and hospitality joy in the interest of our guests. Each of us is dedicated to providing our guests with a diverse and individualized experience, ultimately creating an unforgettable vacation pleasure in one of the most fascinating alpine holiday destinations - Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis.
Quiet, sunny location near family attractions
The house is located in the sunniest corner of Serfaus, away from the busy main road yet close to the center and in immediate proximity to attractions particularly favored by families.
In the winter months, the house is highlighted by its proximity to the Murmlipark, where young and old guests are guaranteed to have fun in the snow. Additionally, the house's garden is perfect for playing and building a snowman.
In the summer, you can enjoy the fact that just a few minutes' walk from Haus Rosemarie, the Platöll playground awaits little adventurers, and the outdoor swimming pool with a slide and generous sunbathing area invites you to stay.
Right behind the house, hiking, walking, and cycling paths begin for fantastic mountain experiences.
Decelerating family vacation
Haus Rosemarie offers everything especially for families and those seeking peace, to spend a relaxing vacation in the cozy embrace of the mountains. With its own ski cellar including boot dryers for an optimal start to the slopes every day and convenient parking right at the door, nothing stands in the way of a carefree stay all year round.
Conditions
The booking price for winter 2025/26 is exclusive of:
- Local tax: € 3.70 per adult person and per day
The booking price in summer 2026 is exclusive of:
- Super. Summer. Card.
Super. Summer. Card. Adults: € 7.50 per night
Super. Summer. Card. Children: (born between 2011 and 2019): € 5.00 per night - Local tax: € 3.70 per adult person and per day
Please note that the costs for the Super. Summer. Card and the local tax are not included in the accommodation price and will be charged separately.
