The House Rosemarie is part of the Serfaus Selected Homes.

Quiet, sunny location near family attractions
The house is located in the sunniest corner of Serfaus, away from the busy main street yet close to the center and in immediate proximity to attractions that are especially popular with families.
In the winter months, the house scores with its close proximity to the Murmlipark, where young and old guests can expect fun in the snow. Additionally, the in-house garden is perfect for playing and building a snowman.
In the summer, you can look forward to the playground Platöll, just a few minutes’ walk from House Rosemarie, waiting for little adventurers, and the outdoor swimming pool with a slide and generous sunbathing area inviting you to linger.
Right behind the house, hiking, walking, and cycling paths begin for great mountain experiences.

House Rosemarie offers everything for families and those seeking peace to spend a relaxing holiday in the safety of the mountains. With its own ski cellar including boot dryers for an optimal start to the fun on the slopes daily and comfortable parking right at the door, nothing stands in the way of a carefree stay throughout the year.

Please note that the costs for the Super.Summer.Card and the local tax are not included in the accommodation price and will be charged separately.
