Our 34 exclusively designed apartments for 1 to 8 guests offer outstanding comfort, generous living space, and breathtaking views of the Tyrolean mountains. Thanks to our prime location, the cable cars and village center are only 250 steps away.

For summer bookings in 2026, the Super. Summer. Card. is not included in the booking price and will be charged separately.

Adults: € 7.50 per person per night

Children (born 2011 to 2019): € 5.00 per person per night

Children born in 2020 and later: free of charge
In case of no-show, late arrival, or early departure, the entire booked stay will be charged 100% of the rental price.
If we succeed in fully re-renting the booked apartment for the canceled period, you will incur no cancellation costs. In this case, we will only charge a processing fee of € 30.00.

Follow Dorfbahnstraße towards the town center. About 200 meters after the grocery store "M-Preis," you will find our apartment complex on the right side of the street.
