Apart Terra Rossa is quietly situated on the southern edge of Fiss, surrounded by the beautiful Tyrolean mountains and in the heart of the Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis holiday region.
Our cosy and spacious apartments offer plenty of room for relaxing holidays with family or friends. The peaceful atmosphere around the house makes it the perfect place to unwind after an eventful day in the mountains.
Families especially enjoy our large outdoor play area of approximately 500 m², with a slide and swing. Our small chicken farm is also a favourite with our younger guests.
Whether hiking, biking and exploring the mountains in summer or skiing and enjoying the snow in winter – the wide range of activities in Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis makes for a varied and memorable holiday at any time of year.

Contact & Directions
Arrival:
On the day of arrival, you are welcome to arrive from 8:00 a.m. and leave your luggage with us or park your car. Your apartment will be ready for you by 4:00 p.m. at the latest.
Departure:
We kindly ask you to vacate the apartment by 9:00 a.m. on the day of departure. In case of a later departure, an additional night will be charged.
