Information
The villa from the early 19th century was once a mill and power plant before transitioning to private ownership around 1960. After several renovations and expansions, the former mill (Romansh: Mulin) is being completely renovated and converted into family and group accommodation. To preserve the charm and character of the villa and to provide an unparalleled holiday experience, we found it particularly important during the renovation and also in the furnishing of our villa to combine new modern features with historically significant traditional elements.
We are pleased if our guests catch our enthusiasm for tradition and modernity and spend a relaxing holiday in Villa Mulin.
Conditions
Price per night for the use of the entire house with a maximum occupancy of 8 people plus 1 baby. Additional guests (max. 2) on request. Price per night excludes final cleaning (flat rate EUR 250.- per stay) and tourist tax.
The booking price is exclusive of the Super. Summer. Card.
Super. Summer. Card. Adults: € 7.50 per night
Super. Summer. Card. Children (born 2011 - 2019): € 5.00 per night
This fee must be paid on site for the duration of the stay.

Contact & Directions
The rental of the villa is generally on a weekly basis (7 nights), with the arrival and departure day being Saturday. Different durations of stay or arrival/departure can be requested. The villa is available from 4:00 PM on the arrival day. Check-out on the departure day is by 9:30 AM at the latest.
