Fitness Serfaus

The Fit & Gsund Serfaus gym is located in Serfaus, Larchi 4 – right next to the St. Zeno district – and is open to members 365 days a year from 5am to 11pm. Non-members can purchase day or week passes during staff supervision hours at Fit & Gsund and during the ticket office opening hours of Seilbahn Komperdell GmbH. This then also allows access from 5am to 11pm.

During the season, the team of trainers at the gym is available to non-members for consultations, endurance tests, nutrition plans and fitness coaching, as detailed on the notice board in the gym or on the website.
