Tasks
- Reception and service of guests in the dining room (advice and sales)
- Competent and sensitive advice for our guests regarding menu and wine selection
- Active sales
- Responsibility for a station
- Guiding apprentices and interns
- You are used to working independently, but you enjoy collaborating with colleagues and other departments.
- Food and beverage service
- Breakfast service
- Setting up and managing the afternoon buffet
- Mise en place activity
- Partly responsible for cleanliness in the entire dining hall area
Qualifications
- Completed training and/or professional experience in the catering/hotel industry
- Wine knowledge is desirable
- Enjoyment of the job and fun in dealing with people
- a confident, open, respectful and warm demeanor towards guests and colleagues
- Independence and reliability
- perfect German skills
- Communication skills and a confident, stylish appearance
