Tasks
In this role, you will be responsible for key business figures and the overall appearance of the branch. Your duties will include onboarding and training new employees, as well as staff scheduling. You will support your employees in achieving their goals and identify their training needs. You will manage the diverse tasks of a branch manager and ensure compliance with the legal regulations governing the grocery retail sector. Additionally, your role as branch manager may also involve supporting tasks in the areas of postal, parcel, and banking services.

Final Words
The applicable collective agreement forms the basis for remuneration. The gross monthly salary for this position is EUR 2,535.00 on a full-time basis. Naturally, we reward qualifications and relevant professional experience with a corresponding higher salary.
