Chambermaid / Housekeeping (m/f)
The ALFA**** Hotel is a family-run 4-star hotel in the center of Serfaus, right in the heart of Tyrol's Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis ski area. Our hotel has 41 rooms and we host an average of 90-110 guests who stay with us on a half-board basis . Our hotel features a half-board restaurant, a wellness area with various saunas and steam rooms, an indoor swimming pool, a hotel bar with approximately 35 seats, and an adjoining terrace with approximately 40 seats, which is also sometimes used by non-hotel guests. Our team consists of 25-30 employees. We pride ourselves on providing sophisticated international and regional cuisine along with impeccable service.
Tasks
- Daily cleaning of assigned rooms and public areas (sauna, indoor pool, fitness center, restrooms). Laundry service. (Washing and ironing of tablecloths, bed linen, towels,…)
Qualifications
- Punctuality, a friendly manner, a fast, clean and orderly work ethic, and basic German language skills are required. Scheduling will be done by our department head.

Final Words
WORKING HOURS & PAY
6-day week (48 hours). Shifts are split (either full shift or part-time).
One fixed day off per week
Net salary of €2,150 per month
+ Vacation and public holidays are paid out
+ share of the tip
