Tasks
- Together with the entire kitchen brigade, you are responsible for providing our guests with a top-level culinary experience.
- Ensuring the highest food quality
- Cleaning and organizing the workplace
- Compliance with hygiene and safety standards
- Economic processing of the products
- Monitoring of inventory levels and demand forecasting
- Support in creating the menu
- Creative participation in shaping new ideas
- With the appropriate qualifications, managing your own position will also be part of your responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Good German or English skills
- Flexible and independent work
- Willingness to learn and commitment
- Friendly treatment of our employees and guests
- Several years of professional experience
- Part-time or full-time (5- or 6-day week)
