Tasks
CLEANING
- Common areas: vacuuming hallways, stairwell,
- Cleaning the entrance area, elevator, windows and glass surfaces
- Keep the ski storage and bicycle room clean
- Waste disposal and waste separation
POOL & WELLNESS
- Cleaning of pool and sauna area, use of the pool robot
- Measure pH and chlorine levels, refill pool chemicals
- Turn on sauna and steam bath daily, refill tea station
- Inspection of saunas and relaxation rooms: towels, order, function
WASH
- Wash, dry and fold terry towels in the in-house laundry room.
BUILDING SERVICES & OUTDOOR AREA
- Minor repairs and maintenance work, e.g. replacing light bulbs
- Snow removal and gritting service in winter
- Summer maintenance of outdoor areas: lawn, terrace,
- parking
- Regular checks throughout the house
FOR OUR GUESTS
- Contact person in case the fire alarm system is triggered
- Support with other requests from our house guests
- Acceptance of deliveries
